Yogesh Gupta
President and CEO

Yogesh Gupta was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of FatWire Software in August 2007.  Yogesh oversees all global operations of the company, including sales, marketing, development, finance and professional services.  He also serves on FatWire’s Board of Directors.

A customer focused and visionary technology executive, Yogesh brings over two decades of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, planning and business development to FatWire.  Prior to FatWire, he held increasingly responsible senior management roles at CA (NYSE: CA), most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Strategist.  His other roles at CA included five years as Chief Technology Officer, SVP of Worldwide Product Marketing, SVP of Strategic Planning, as well as General Manager of CA’s $2 billion distributed product portfolio.  In 2004, Yogesh was selected by InfoWorld as one of the 25 most influential CTO’s worldwide.  Before CA, Yogesh held technical and management roles at various companies including Cullinet Software and Burroughs Corp.

A recognized expert in emerging technologies and industry trends, Yogesh is a published author and much sought-after speaker who regularly presents to audiences ranging from CIOs to CTOs, to industry analysts, financial investors and the media. He also serves on the boards of multiple industry and academic consortia. 

Yogesh holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.




Loren Weinberg
VP of Marketing and Product Management

As Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, Loren Weinberg is responsible for FatWire’s global corporate strategy and communications, corporate marketing, product marketing and product management.

Loren joined FatWire in September 2007.  A strategy and marketing expert, Loren possesses over 10 years of IT industry experience in corporate strategy, product marketing, product management, and software sales strategy. Prior to FatWire, she played a significant role in the successful definition and implementation of CA Inc.’s (NYSE: CA) global product strategy. As Vice President, Senior Technology Strategist, Loren drove strategy definition and positioning across the company’s vast portfolio of software products. She served as a key corporate-level spokesperson, leading briefings with industry analysts, customers, partners, and press – influencing millions of dollars in product sales. As Vice President, Sales Strategy and Operations, Loren was instrumental in developing go-to-market strategies for key geographical markets, positioning the company for growth. Prior to CA, Loren worked at Mainspring, Inc. (IBM Global Services) as an eBusiness strategy consultant for Global 1000 clients, and at Fidelity Investments as a systems analyst for the development of business-critical software applications.

Loren holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.

 




Dmitri Tcherevik
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Dmitri Tcherevik defines FatWire’s technology vision and strategy, innovating in the rapidly changing landscape of web content management. He works closely with customers and partners to implement the comprehensive web platforms they require to meet the rapidly changing Web 2.0 technology landscape around collaboration, mobility, and web content management.

Prior to his appointment as CTO, Dmitri was Chief Executive Officer at Infostoria, a privately-held, Web 2.0, content integration and wiki-based collaboration provider. Before founding Infostoria in 2004, Dmitri was Vice President in the Office of the CTO at CA (NYSE:CA), where he was responsible for emerging technology. In his role, Dmitri spearheaded CA’s foray into the web services management market where he helped develop the company’s service oriented architecture (SOA) strategy.

Dmitri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Physics Engineering.




Hareesh Kadlabalu
Chief Software Architect

As Chief Software Architect, Hareesh Kadlabalu works closely with the engineering team to design, develop and evolve FatWire's architecture to meet the ever-changing needs of the market. Hareesh is responsible for the design and architecture of FatWire’s products and works closely with Professional Services to ensure the success and satisfaction of FatWire customers.

Hareesh joined FatWire in 1999 as a key member of the Professional Services team, overseeing customer implementations. As part of the Engineering team, Hareesh served as Architect, where he guided the team through the development of FatWire UpdateEngine. More recently, he led the team in developing of FatWire Content Server (versions 6 and 7).

In 2005, FatWire awarded Hareesh an Excellence in Leadership Award and he also won a Twenty Top Techies Award from the Long Island Software & Technology Network.

Hareesh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Kuvempu University in India.




Mark Bridger
President of International Operations

Mark Bridger joined as President of FatWire International in January 2008 to advance FatWire’s business opportunities internationally.  Mark manages international sales operations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Japan. He is responsible for all international operations including sales, international research and development centers, and the management of the company’s off-shore partner network.

Mark’s career spans more than 20 years in the software industry, including executive sales positions for both public and venture-backed companies. He joins FatWire from enterprise management software leader, CA, where he was Vice President and Regional Manager of the UK and Ireland. In that role, he developed and executed integrated direct and indirect sales plans for CA’s extensive portfolio. Mark delivered record sales results through a program which focused on building the company’s identify in the UK, and streamlining their sales process and indirect sales channel.

Prior to CA, Mark served in sales management positions for Managed Objects Limited and Ascential Software Limited, a division of Informix Corporation. In these positions he drove sales and technical support services in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Israel, Nordic, Eastern Mediterranean and Benelux regions.




Ken Delaney
VP of North America Sales

Ken Delaney heads FatWire's North American Sales organization and is responsible for driving all direct and indirect sales. This includes management of FatWire's direct sales force as well as responsibility for a team that recruits and trains resellers, systems integrators, and vendor partners. Prior to taking on this role, Ken led FatWire's Channel Operations in North America.

Ken has over 14 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining FatWire in May 2004, he held various management positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, Legato Software, EMC Corporation, Cheyenne Software and CA, Inc. in sales, channel development, national business development, product management, and marketing.




Suzanne Bourdeaux
VP of Client Services

As Vice President of Client Services, Suzanne Bourdeaux leads the Professional Services, Training, and Technical Support teams, helping FatWire’s clients build a strong web presence across their public websites, intranets and extranets, to meet their business needs for online customer engagement and internal efficiencies.

Suzanne joined FatWire in 2000 and has worked in Client Services throughout her tenure. An accomplished programmer as well as manager, Suzanne led client engagements for industry-leading companies in media, manufacturing and finance. Her ability to deliver premium services and support has secured successful implementations with hundreds of our clients.

Suzanne holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, as well as undergraduate degrees from Chicago in English and the Philosophy of Law.

 




John Guastella
VP of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, John Guastella, is responsible for all corporate accounting and finance activities including the reporting of FatWire's financials to executive management and outside investors. John also serves as FatWire's main liaison with its independent auditors, BDO Seidman.

John joined FatWire in February 2000 after spending more than 5 years as the Controller of NYC-based Andin International, Inc., one of the largest privately-held jewelry manufacturers in the country. At Andin, John was responsible for all financial reporting, accounts payable, and expense control activities for the company's consolidated group. Prior to Andin, he was the Director of Internal Auditing at Henry Schein, Inc., an international distributor of dental, medical, other healthcare supplies and products. Before Schein, John held the position of Senior Audit Manager with the international CPA firm of BDO Seidman, where he led clients through the IPO and secondary public offering processes.

John is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York.




Phil Rooms
Vice President, International Finance

As Vice President International Finance, Phil manages all accounting, finance and legal activities of the European and Asia Pac operating subsidiaries of FatWire Corporation.

Prior to joining FatWire in November 2003, Phil was European Finance Director of Ascential Software where he defined and created the finance and accounting structure of its 8 European subsidiaries in preparation for Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Previous software company experience includes Informix Software and Ardent Software where he spent 3 years as Finance Director for Southern Europe, during a high growth period, overseeing the successful integration of 3 acquired companies.

Phil is a qualified UK accountant and holds an MBA in International Business from the Saint Xavier University, Chicago, USA.
